
Captain John Sheriden
John Sheridan was Jeffrey Sinclair's replacement as Commander of Babylon 5. Under his leadership, Babylon 5 seceded from the Earth Alliance, the second Shadow war was resolved, and President Morgan Clark was overthrown, after which Sheridan became the first President of the Interstellar Alliance. He eventually married Minbari ambassador Delenn and they had a son, David Sheridan II.
Commander Susan Ivanova
Susan Ivanova (in Russian: Сюзан Иванова, in Hebrew: סוזן איבנובה) was the second in command of Babylon 5 from February 2258 to December 2261, serving under both Commander Jeffrey Sinclair and later Captain John Sheridan.
Security Chief Michael Garibaldi
Michael Garibaldi, was Chief of Security for Babylon 5 from 2257 to 2261, Head of Covert Intelligence for the Interstellar Alliance for most of 2262 and from September 2262 onwards, was CEO of Edgars Industries.
Dr. Stephen Franklin
Stephen Franklin was Babylon 5's Chief Medical Officer from 2258 - 2262, having replaced Benjamin Kyle in the post. Franklin then went on to be Head of Xenobiological Research at Earth Dome, once again replacing Benjamin Kyle. Lillian Hobbs replaced him as CMO.

Ambassador Delenn
Delenn of Mir was the Minbari ambassador to Babylon 5 and a founder of the Interstellar Alliance.

Lennier
Lennier was a Religious Caste Minbari who served as Delenn's diplomatic aide on Babylon 5 before eventually joining the Anla'Shok.
Ambassador G'Kar
G'Kar was the first Narn ambassador to Babylon 5 and would become renowned as the author of the Book of G'Kar.

Ambassador Londo
Londo Mollari was the Centauri delegation liaison to Earth in 2243, ambassador to Babylon 5 from 2256 to 2262 and Emperor of the Centauri Republic from 2262 to 2278 (Earth calendar).

Vir Cotto
Vir Cotto is a Centauri male from a minor noble family who served as an assistant to Ambassador Londo Mollari and later became Emperor of the Centauri Republic.

Kosh
Kosh Naranek was the Vorlon Ambassador to Babylon 5.
Zack Allan
Zack Allan was a member of Babylon 5 Security.
Lyta Alexander
Lyta Alexander was a Human telepath, assigned by the Psi Corps to Babylon 5 to serve as the station's licensed commercial telepath. She was later physically altered by the Vorlons.
Marcus Cole
Marcus Cole was a leading member of the Rangers and a key member of the Army of Light during the Second Shadow War.
